1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the d4777 platform — including but not limited to the website, the mobile interface, the sports betting section, live casino, slots, Pool Rummy, and Circle — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

4.1 Bet Placement and Acceptance

Winnings are credited to your d4777 account balance in BDT and are available for withdrawal subject to the conditions in Section 3.

4.4 Voided Bets

d4777 may void a bet and return the stake to the player's account in the following circumstances: the event to which the bet relates is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled without a result being declared; a manifest pricing error (palpable error) is identified in the odds that were applied to the bet; or the settlement data used to resolve the bet is subsequently overturned by the relevant governing body. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance in full, in BDT.

6.3 Player-Initiated Closure
